User Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data processed through our Facebook or Instagram communication integrations, please send your request to:

Please include:

• your name or profile name,
• the platform your request concerns (Facebook or Instagram),
• a profile link or other additional details that help us identify the communication.

After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe.

If your request concerns data processed via a NextDuo app or chatbot, we may contact you for additional identifying information needed to process the request correctly.
