    How it works

    Node Local represents the user. When you say “Book me for tomorrow at 5 pm,” it prepares a request and uses NextDuo Network to find a suitable service.

    The business's Business Node then makes the booking in its existing system. You do not need to find a website or fill out a booking form.

    The aim is to send only the context needed for a specific task beyond the device. Availability depends on upcoming integrations.

    Local software in your business infrastructure that connects an existing CRM, booking system or database to NextDuo Network.

    How it works

    Business Node represents the business. It forms an execution layer between its system and NextDuo Network to check availability, create bookings and perform supported actions.

    Setup: 1. download Business Node, 2. connect your business system, 3. add Business Knowledge (services, prices, hours, rules and locations), 4. activate the connection. Your business can then become available in the network for services and bookings.

    CRM or database credentials stay in the local Business Node. They should not be sent to the user or Komorník; NextDuo should receive only data needed for a specific action. Activity and enquiry views are planned possibilities.
